AOUG at Degree Ceremonies
Volunteering for 2010 Degree Ceremonies
AOUG has now completed the list of volunteers to help on the stand, at the 2010 degree ceremonies and all those who offered their services will receive letters from the Development Officer notifying them that their names have been submitted to The Open University Alumni Relations Office who will make the final selection. Further communications will be received from the Alumni Office.
AOUG volunteers will, this year, be working on the Alumni Relations stand under the guidance of the Alumni Relations staff. They will be asked to congratulate new graduates and to distribute Alumni Relations information but all volunteers will also be directed to promote AOUG.
The AOUG banner and AOUG membership packs and OMEGAs will be displayed by the Alumni staff at the Alumni stand.
AOUG Processors for 2010 Degree Ceremonies
Two AOUG representatives will process at each ceremony and the full list of these volunteers has been submitted to The Open University Awards and Ceremonies. These volunteers will be part of the formal procession and sit on the platform as all the new graduates come across the stage.
