Members

Members choose to join AOUG not only for a continued link with the Open University and the desire to "put something back" but also to retain the fellowship and unique bond that is special to all those who have achieved OU graduate status.

• Membership is:
  • exclusively for Open University Graduates
  • by annual subscription
    
    
• Members:
  • receive a free car sticker on joining
  • have the right to wear an AOUG membership badge
  • become part of a strong regional structure
  • are offered the opportunity to attend social and educational events
  • have the opportunity to assist at AOUG and OU events
  • receive the AOUG publication OMEGA, currently, three times a year
  • have the right to stand for election to the Executive Committee
  • have the right to submit Resolutions or Motions for debate at the Annual General Meeting
  • have full voting rights for the Annual General Meeting
  • act as ambassadors of the Open University
  • are an independent voice for the Open University
