The AOUG Jubilee Award for Maths and Computing
2006 Recipient Patrick Musonda
The Jubilee Award for Maths and Computing was established in 1991 and Patrick is the 4th recipient of this award. Professor Paddy Farrington introduced Patrick. Patrick obtained a first class honours degree in Maths and Sciences from the Open University in 2000. He worked at the Institute of Child Health before beginning his PhD. His research topic is to investigate aspects of the self controlled series method as applied to vaccine safety. Patrick has already presented some of his work at several international and UK conferences.
