A holistic approach to assessments for students with severe learning disabilities.
My research explores the assessment of students with severe learning difficulties (SLD), through the creation, trial and evaluation of a Holistic Assessment Chart utilising staff interviews and case studies. Implications for current practice include developing how areas of learning are planned, assessed, and personalised to individual students.
