Since we have arranged a Block Booking Package Deal, please note that all Deposits, Instalments and Balance Payments are non-refundable. Attendees are advised to take out their own holiday insurance.

AOUG is offering an instalment plan this year for anyone choosing to come for Option 4. Attendees will be able to make monthly payments of £50 starting in September 2025 or monthly payments of £100 starting in January 2026.

For those choosing to come for Option 1 or Option 2 full payment must be paid by the end of January 2026.

Those choosing Option 3 may make a deposit payment of £100 in January 2026, with the balance paid by the end of March.

Family and friends are very welcome. Any Option 4 attendee sharing a room with another Option 4 attendee is offered a reduction of £50 per person, so instead of £400, they pay £350 each. However, you must book together on the same form.
