Entry is £12 and should be booked online prior to your visit but this will then give you a year’s free admission if you retain your ticket. Nearest car park is High Street, BH21 1HR a few minutes from the museum.
Meet at the ‘Pictureville Bar’ inside the Bradford Science and Media Museum, Little Horton Lane, Bradford, BD1 1NQ which is just a ten-minute walk from the railway station. The nearest car park is ‘Sharpe Street’ Car Park, or ‘The Broadway’ Car Park is a little further away. Bradford is the 2025 ‘City of Culture’ but the programme for November is not available at the time of this submission. Entry to the museum is free but it is advisable to pre-book online as entry numbers may be restricted at busy times.

The Garden Centre is magical at this time of year and you may want to buy a few gifts. The venue proved successful last December. Meet in the Playhouse Kitchen, on the Level two at the Leeds Playhouse Theatre, Playhouse Square, Quarry Hill, LS2 7UP, wearing something ‘Christmassy’ for lunch to celebrate the festive season. Then attend the matinee performance of ‘Christmas Carol’ at 1.30pm.
