Saturday 25th January. 12noon – Handshake event for Region 07 and Region 06 Meet in Becket’s Traditional Tea Rooms, at Peterborough Cathedral for light snack or early lunch prior to exploring the visitor centre and magnificent Norman Cathedral. We hope that both Yorkshire and East of England members will join together for this handshake event. Peterborough is the burial ground for two queens and the scene for many Civil War upheavals. The Yorkshire organiser, Christina Stipetic, and Acting Yorkshire Executive Representative, Jean Hertzog will be there to meet you with a copy of OMEGA on the table. The Cathedral is in walking distance from the railway station with a journey time of approximately one and a half to two hours train travel from the main towns in Yorkshire. We’ll meet back in the café later for either late lunch or afternoon tea to chat about all we’ve seen.
