Bodnant Gardens – 10

Bodnant Gardens Bodnant Road, Tal-Y-cafn, Colwyn Bay, United Kingdom

Meet in the car park café at Bodnant Gardens, Bodnant Rd, Tal-y-cafn, Colwyn Bay, LL28 5RE. This is an eighty-acre site which presents a different display depending on the time of year we visit. If we are lucky the Laburnum Arch will be in full bloom in early June. We have visited at this time once before and it was spectacular. Entrance is free for National Trust members but for all other adults it is £16. After viewing the garden, we can visit the small craft shops, browse the garden centre and have lunch. It would be good if a Welsh member could suggest an event in the North or South – somewhere that they would like to visit and an opportunity to meet up with other members.
