Saturday 17th October. 11am Meet at ‘Grane café’, 3, Royal Parade, Harrogate, HG1 1HG close to the train station for coffee in this popular North Yorkshire spa town, in which the first mineral spring was discovered in 1571. Then we walk to visit the Mercer Art Gallery which is free to enter and has changing exhibitions. Next to the train station is the Victoria Car Park with a vehicle recognition machine on entry and for those with limited mobility the No 36 red/black double-decker bus Leeds to Ripon can be caught at the bus station, alighting at the Royal Hall stop, then a short walk to the Gallery.

Saturday 30th January. 12noon Meet inside the entrance of ‘Stonegate Yard’, 8-10, Little Stonegate, YO1 8AX prior to a pre- booked lunch at 12.30pm. All bookings (along with a £10 deposit per person) must be made with the lunch organiser before 9th January 2027, who will then supply you with a menu for you to make your choices by 16th January 2027.
